Cancellation Policy

I value both your time and mine. & I get it, things happen & plans change! For cancellations, I ask all of my guests to give a 72hr notice when cancelling their appointment to ensure I am able to fill their spot in a timely manner. - If the notice is not provided within this timeframe, 30% of the services booked will be charged - 24hr notice will be charged 50% of the services booked - & cancelling same day will result in a charge of 75% of the services booked. - NO SHOWS will be charged 100% and will forever have to pay upfront (non-refundable) to book! Any cancellation/no show fees will now not be able to be applied to your next appointment, and will not be refundable. To ensure a smooth booking process, all clients are required to have a card on file and acknowledge this policy before any appointments. Your understanding and cooperation is greatly appreciated! xoxo
